Had my first infusion today and looked after by Kim and Zina. They were all extremely efficient and took the time to answer the many questions I had. They also made sure I was comfortable and kept me updated with every stage of the process. A really positive experience ! Thank you!

We do attempt to see all patients as close as possible to their appointment time, or as quickly as possible when accessing our walk in emergency service. I am sorry that you had such a long wait when attending our service, and that you were not kept informed as to why, or how long the wait would be. We do attempt to see all patients as close as possible to their appointment time, or as quickly as possible when accessing our walk in emergency service.
